First Time Registering? Here are basic how-to’s:

Visit the Bethany Village Dates & Rates tab to find the camp that's right for you.

We have switched to a new registration system since summer of 2022. It is called CampBrain! You will need to create a new account and set up your family profile.

Click the "REGISTER" button and complete your online application

Submit the required forms and the $50 deposit to register for the session. The full balance is due 10 days prior to the first day of the session.

Notes to know:

When Registering multiple people in one household: login, select camp, then select those who will be participating

You are not registered until the $50 deposit is received. We regret that we cannot hold a spot without a deposit or special financial arrangement.

Some sessions fill up very quickly once registration opens.
